The Stealth Mode of Campylobacter

Elena’s research focus involves studies of foodborne pathogens associated with
meat production. Her current efforts involve poultry related meat products. She
works in the lab of Dr. Steve Ricke. Elena is a part of the UW‐Meat and Animal
Sciences Biologics Discovery Program.
