Feeding and caring for swine without ractopamin

The program was organized and moderated by Bernie O’Rourke, Extension Youth Livestock Specialist, UW Madison Animal & Dairy Sciences, and offered by the Wisconsin Youth Livestock Program (WYLP). WYLP is connected with the Department of Animal & Dairy Sciences, College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, and the Division of Extension. Speakers were: Dr. Luiz Ferraretto and Eric Ronk All staff are affiliated with the UW Madison Animal & Dairy Sciences Department.

These LIVE Virtual Zoom educational programs will continue throughout the winter/spring of 2020-2021. These current topics are for youth and adults alike and occur on the 2nd Thursday of the month from January through May. Each session begins at 7 p.m. CST with a presentation followed by Q&A.
