Meat Science Extension Programs
The University of Wisconsin Madison Meat Science & Animal Biologics Discovery Extension program offers a number of workshops, seminars, and short courses on topics including meat science, meat processing, and food safety that are available to anyone, custom-tailored for a specific company/audience, or designed for an encompassing educational experience.
