Research Area
I am broadly interested in using Computational Biology and Bioinformatics tools to investigate animal nutritional & environmental genomics. I have experiences with the inference of gene-phenotype networks in multivariate genetic systems, as well as transcriptional and DNA methylation profiling experiments using sequence data. Besides, I am interested in developing relevant software that could facilitate “dry” lab analysis.
