Mohamed Donia
Research Associate
My research focuses on understanding host-microbe interactions in health and disease using transcriptomic and genomic approaches. I study immune development and host responses in livestock and apply these tools to investigate bacterial ecology, microbial community dynamics, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR), with the goal of understanding how these factors interact with the host and contribute to health resilience and disease resistance.
