Two graduate students from the Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences were recognized during the 2026 CALS Student Awards, held April 8 by the UW–Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences.
Grace Larsen received the Graduate Perseverance Award, and Maverick Guenther received the Graduate Mentoring Award. These honors recognize outstanding student contributions to scholarship, leadership, mentorship, and service within the CALS community.
The Department of Animal and Dairy Sciences congratulates Grace and Maverick on these well-deserved recognitions and celebrates the positive impact they continue to make through their graduate work and engagement with the department.
