Steven Ricke, PhD, director of the Meat Science and Animal Biologics Discovery (MSABD) program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, recently received the 2023 Poultry Science Association Distinguished Poultry Industry Career Award from the US Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY).
