Why did you decide to attend UW-Madison?
I decided on UW-Madison as I always had wanted to be a Badger since I was little. Additionally, UW-Madison has a very notable Dairy Science program. All in all, I really liked the overall atmosphere and all the emphasis that is put on dairy at this university. I also really appreciated the rich history of the Animal and Dairy Sciences department.
What has been your most memorable college experience?
My most memorable college experience has been meeting a lot of great people and going to Badger football games. Along with football games, I also enjoy helping the Badger Dairy Club with World Dairy Expo when not helping out a string.
What has been your favorite course?
My favorite class has been Dy Sci 233. This course really taught me alot of valuable information that I will use when entering a professional career in the dairy industry.
What are your future career goals?
Upon graduation I will be enter the dairy industry working as a genetic advisor/consultant for ST Genetics in Southeastern WI. I really look forward to working with producers on a daily basis to help make them as profitable as possible.
