Dr. Michel Wattiaux
My education research examines the potential of discussion-based strategies to create transdisciplinary, transgressive and transformative learning in animal sciences. By developing and refining techniques and assessments specific to animal sciences, we give animal sciences teachers practical tools and conceptual frameworks to improve teaching and learning in the discipline. On the dairy side, my research focuses on feeding and management strategies to improve nitrogren efficiency in mid to late lactation.
